To submit your merchant referral, we ask that you fill out this form. We will follow up with the referred merchant within 24 hours to finish the application process and to answer any questions they may have about getting started. Please make sure they are expecting a call!

Once your referral has been approved and submitted a final application, you’ll recieve an email notification that your $50 gift is on its way to your mailbox!
