I am a seasonal business and have had my business with NPC for several years. I am extremely happy with the service I have received as well as the rates. The benefit that I am most pleased about is the ability to be set up as a seasonal merchant and ONLY get charged on my active months. My previous processor required me to close and re-open my account each time resulting in hours or reprogramming my terminal with my new information. We have been with them for about 12 years and my business does a high volume of credit card processing. Over the past few years, I have had little to no issues with National Payment Corporation. I have however, had an issue with my Point of Sale Equipment at no fault of National Payment Corporation. Even though this was not something they were responsible for, Lori, my representative from National Payment Corporation, diligently worked on this issue for several months and dealt with my Point of Sale customer service representative directly, which allowed me the freedom to continue to run my business without having to spend hours doing much of the leg work. I don’t believe that this issue would have ever been resolved had Lori from National Payment Corporation not gotten involved and went above and beyond to ensure that this issue be resolved completely. She checked on me regularly to make sure that everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend them to all of my business associates that need credit card processing services.
