Instead we promise to answer the phone and begin answering your questions! When you or your client needs to talk with someone, we will be available.

What started as a small business venture in Hawaii 30 years ago grew into a Northwest Ohio staple. Founded on the principles of integrity, partnership, and innovation, NPC has seen a lot over its days. Many things have changed in the industry, but one thing hasn’t: our mission to provide the best service possible to merchants of all shapes and sizes.

Bringing the business to Northwest Ohio allowed owners Mike and Brad Wilson to establish roots and grow from the ground up. Now, our management team offers an average tenure of over 14 years!

We began our Agent Bank program with Charter One Bank and their 600 plus branches in 2003. Since this first bank acquisition we have fine tuned our program to take many shapes, allowing us to determine each bank’s individual wants and needs. Our sales team will work continuously with you to grow, develop, and expand your merchant service capabilities.
