Lori works hand in hand with potential and existing clients to help them navigate and thoroughly understand their credit card processing. She takes great care to be sure each and every client has a perfect processing experience!

Favorite part of your job: NPC is my 2nd family and that alone is enough to love my job. My favorite part of working with TeamNPC is being in a position that I can build relationships with merchants to the point that they know when they need help I will do everything I can for them.

What would be your ideal way to spend a day off? My ideal day off would be spending the day with my husband and children somewhere peaceful and enjoying nature.

Favorite part of your job: My favorite part of this job is the fast-paced atmosphere as well as resolving issues for our merchants.

What would be your ideal way to spend a day off? I would enjoy spending a day full of shopping, and going to lunch with my girlfriends!

What would be your ideal way to spend a day off? Spend time with my family outdoors; go to a local park, have a picnic and just be our goofy selves playing as if we are all as young as our son! If in the summer…..go out on the boat and relax on the water!

Senior Account Executive, PR Director
Responsible for the development of new client relationships, working closely with various business organizations and chambers of commerce to implement marketing strategies designed to cultivate strong relationships between Team NPC and our target audience. Providing prospective clients guidance on available products and services, by identifying the unique needs of each prospect. Ultimately, to boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Favorite part of your job: NPC is my Family & Future – founded by my Father & Uncle, Team NPC now represents a growing legacy to me. I am excited to be a part of the next chapter of this innovative company and for the opportunity to help propel us to even greater heights.

What would be your ideal way to spend a day off? My favorite thing is to be able to cross something off one of my myriad lists while still feeling like I slacked off a bit, too. If relaxing that day is going on a hike, I do that. If it is binge watching Netflix, I do that. If it is hosting a big party at home, I do that. I love having the flexibility to wake up on Saturday/ Sunday and let the day lead me… no obligations!

Favorite part of your job: The best part of my job is making new connections and building strong relationships with clients and my coworkers. The job is extremely fast pace and so it is both challenging and rewarding when you help solve an issue for your clients!

What would be your ideal way to spend a day off? I am fortunate to live on the Maumee River and as it is my back yard, the best day off would be spent on the water on the boat with friends and family and of course my dogs!
